🚨 Emergency & After-Hours Service

$300 minimum + emergency priority

Equipment failure during peak hours can bring your operation to a halt. Gilly’s Service & Repair offers emergency and after-hours support to get your kitchen back up and running as quickly as possible.

Our emergency service is prioritized for urgent breakdowns that impact food safety, production, or business continuity.

When to Call for Emergency Service

  • Equipment failure during dinner or overnight production

  • Complete loss of heat, cooking, or refrigeration (non-HVAC)

Emergency calls are scheduled based on availability and urgency. Minimum emergency labor charge applies, plus applicable travel and parts.

  • Warmers, presses, specialty equipment: $400 – $600

Hourly Deep Cleaning (Multi-Unit or Large Jobs)

  • $200 per hour

Best suited for bakeries, donut shops, commissaries, or bundled services.

Ice Machine Deep Cleaning

  • $500 per machine (standard service)

  • Discounted pricing available when bundled with Preventative Maintenance

To keep things fair and transparent, we charge a flat $125 minimum travel fee, plus $1.00 per mile after 15 miles of travel from our base in Lacey, WA. This helps us cover fuel, vehicle wear, and time on the road — so we can keep providing fast, reliable service across Western Washington without cutting corners.

Need a quote that includes travel costs?

  • Minimum service fee: $200 (covers first hour of labor)

  • Additional labor: $200 per hour, billed in full-hour increments

  • Travel charge: $125 minimum travel fee, plus $1.00 per mile after 15 miles

  • Parts are billed at full cost; no discounts apply to parts

  • Emergency, after-hours, and priority service are billed separately
