❄️ Ice Machine Cleaning

Ice machines require routine cleaning and sanitation to control mineral scale, mold, slime, and other buildup that can affect ice quality and equipment performance.

Our professional ice machine cleaning service goes beyond a basic rinse. We disassemble accessible components as needed, descale, clean, and sanitize critical areas of the machine to help keep your equipment clean, reliable, and producing quality ice.

Why Regular Cleaning Matters

  • ✔ Supports food-safety and sanitation standards

  • ✔ Improves ice taste, clarity, and quality

  • ✔ Helps extend equipment life

  • ✔ Reduces buildup and mineral scale

  • ✔ Helps reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns

Recommended every 3–6 months, depending on machine usage, water quality, and operating conditions.

Preferred Customer Pricing

Customers who schedule routine ice machine cleanings or already use Gilly’s Service & Repair for equipment service may qualify for preferred pricing on repeat cleanings.

Regular customers may also receive priority scheduling and the added benefit of having a technician already familiar with their equipment and location.

🧼 Preventative Maintenance + Deep Cleaning

Unexpected equipment failures can be expensive, and routine cleaning doesn’t always reach the areas where grease, carbon, flour, dust, and other buildup accumulate.

Our Preventative Maintenance & Deep Cleaning services help keep commercial equipment clean, reliable, and operating properly while identifying developing problems before they become costly emergency repairs.

Depending on your equipment and service needs, maintenance and deep cleaning may include:

  • Equipment inspection and operational testing

  • Electrical and mechanical checks

  • Checking for loose, worn, or damaged components

  • Lubrication where applicable

  • Heavy grease and carbon removal

  • Interior and accessible component cleaning

  • Accessible electrical and control-area cleaning

  • Scale and mineral buildup removal

  • Identification of recommended repairs

  • Service documentation

When appropriate, accessible panels and components may be removed to reach areas that are typically overlooked during routine cleaning.

Monthly and quarterly maintenance options are available, or deep-cleaning services can be scheduled individually. Services are customized based on your equipment, its condition, and the needs of your operation.
