We disassemble, descale, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all components to ensure your machine runs efficiently and produces safe, clean ice every time.

Travel & Mileage Policy
To keep things fair and transparent, we charge a flat $125 minimum travel fee, plus $1.00 per mile after 15 miles of travel from our base in Lacey, WA. This helps us cover fuel, vehicle wear, and time on the road — so we can keep providing fast, reliable service across Western Washington without cutting corners.
