Founded by a U.S. Air Force veteran with a background in weapons systems and an obsession with fixing things the right way, Gilly’s was born out of a simple belief: commercial kitchens deserve the same level of care and precision as any high-stakes mission. After years of servicing everything from Starbucks espresso machines to bakery ovens and deep fryers, we saw a need for reliable, honest, human service in the repair industry — and we stepped up.
Today, we’re a family-owned business based in Lacey, Washington, proudly serving commercial kitchens across Western Washington. Whether you run a café, bakery, or high-volume restaurant, we show up ready to clean, fix, and repeat — with a sharp eye, a strong work ethic, and zero shortcuts.
